Terms and Conditions
To receive a refund under this Guarantee you (“You”) need to be the original purchaser and the following procedures and terms and conditions must be adhered to:
- Contact The PCOS Project within 2 weeks of your subscription end date;
- Provide The PCOS Project with a proof of purchase in your name;
- Provide proof that you've been following there recommended protocols as advised by The PCOS Project;
- Schedule and attend a call with The PCOS Project to learn about your experience; and
- Ensure your account is not in arrears.
The PCOS Project will determine the validity of the return
The PCOS Project has the sole right to assess the validity of a request for a refund before approving a refund, credit or replacement.
Where the terms and conditions of this Guarantee have been met, we will accept and approve a refund or credit and will send an email confirming this.
The PCOS Project will refund the purchase price less any associated transaction processing fees, if any.
Where the terms and conditions of this Guarantee have not been met, we may reject and disapprove any refund request.
If The PCOS Project rejects the return, you will maintain access to The PCOS Project for the duration of your agreed subscription.
Where possible, refunds will be executed with 2-5 business days through a reversal of the initial customer transaction at our complete discretion. The customer will be provided with e-mail acknowledgement once the refund is processed.
The PCOS Project accepts no responsibility for any delays in receipt of the refund due to the payment gateway or financial institution processes.
